Sensory Garden Research
I wanted to share this with the family that has family members that have autism. I wanted to share some sensory garden research with the autism community about gardening. For people like me that have Autism in the community. I found out some interesting things about sensory gardening and wanted to create a post about it with links. The research I have been doing on sensory gardens has been fascinating, and I thought it would be useful to you as well. Sensory gardens are designed with a variety of elements that appeal to different senses, including sight, touch, hearing, smell, and taste. Sensory gardening is a great way for the autism community to explore and enjoy the beauty of the natural world. It has also been found to help with social, cognitive, and emotional development, which can help individuals with autism.
